Queensland is located in Australia. It is one of the six states in the country. The Island is the best wintertime tourist place. Places to Visit in Queensland

  1. Great Barrier Reef: It is one of the seven natural wonders of the world. The magical underwater spectacular display. The beauty of the Great Barrier Reef can't be founded anywhere in the world. You can see it so closely when you are doing scuba diving.
  2. Migrating Whales: This scene can be easily captured from the coastal reasons also. The sight is more interesting during the winter months. You can also find the things in Hervey Bay. You can do boarding in the sea this makes you so close to whales.
  3. Nesting Sea Turtles: Along the coastal regions of Queensland one can see many species of the turtles. Best time to see the turtles is in between October to March. You can also see the turtle lifespan by participating in the camp who works for the better life of turtles.
  4. River Fire: It is actually the last night river festival. Fireworks display in the sky with choreography. The last show is performed by RAAF's F-111 fighter at the end of the festival as a closing ceremony.
  5. Wallaman Falls National Park: The national park is the part of Wet Tropics World Heritage Area. Musky rats and cassowaries are preserved in this parks. You find many activities to do in the national park and you can spend two or three nights there.
